The restaurant of... read more Seagull is located within Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort. During my stay, breakfast was included in the package and I opted for dinner buffet. The restaurant offers à la carte menu as well. It is spacious and has lots of greenery around. It also offers a poolside view. The breakfast and dinner spread was amazing. There are sufficient options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. They serve South-Indian, North-Indian and Continental Dishes. For dinner, they have a dedicated section for Goan Cuisine too. One must try it. They have live counters as well. For breakfast, it is usually dosas, pancakes and eggs. For dinner, they have a live chat counter and the other counter varies day to day, it could be Vegetable Fingers, Honey Chilli Potato, Pasta, etc. One thing that did not sit well with me was the dessert section. All desserts were overly sweet, which meant that no other element could be tasted. Nonetheless, the mud cake and the Tiramisu lived up to my expectations. Coming to the staff, they're warm, friendly and excellent at their jobs. They actively engage in conversing with their guests, provide quick service and ensure the guests have a comfortable meal. For that matter, the entire staff of the resort is lovely. Overall 4.5/5
