The best shack in the vicinity. Ask for Shankar (a.k.a. Shash and follow his advice. Or simply explain, what you are looking for in terms of spice and masala level, you’d be amazed. Our only regret is getting breakfasts are included in the Holiday Inn booking we have not eaten there since after discovering Pearl’s Beach Cafe: Kid friendliness: This place is specifically careful about the younger crowd’s tastes and preferences. Excellent food and good portions, but expensive. I suppose the staff there are used to visitors from The Leela and Holiday Inn Resort who are willing to pay more than the average Indian traveller. <br/ <br/ Service was a little slow but the location was great, right on the beach. Good place to park yourself for a few hours while the midday heat passes.

Had a great time here, good place to relax and enjoy food. I was well looked after by the manager Vijay and all the staff, who reserved a sun lounger at the front of the beach for me all day. Service and food were great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
