The girl with brown long hair was called to the front to help wasn?t going to wash her hands before putting on gloves. (And wasn?t happy I mentioned it) Then she got avocado on my wrapper from someone else?s order. My bill was $10.68 I gave her$11.03 The machine gives me .32 cents ?? I didn?t wanted pennies, so I push the pennies back towards her as she?s asking if Iwant my receipt, she took the pennies. . then the nickel quarter then shut the drawer !!?? Uh, you just totally messed thatup. ?No I didn?t? I didn?t want to tip her poor attitude but at that point, I was done. Fine, keep my money I walked out. Herdrawer is going to be off. Her attitude was off. Too bad the good employees are gone!
Stopped in yesterday for 2 veggie sandwiches and was helped by the shift leader Kathy. She was very nice, she got us condiment packets so our sandwiches wouldn't be soggy and the sandwiches were delicious!! Lots of veg just how we like it, if Kathy'sworking we'll be back!
I came in right before they closed and the young blonde girl with glasses was amazing. I think her name was Aliya. Awesome customer service, even as they were closing. All employees, hate to see the last minute people come in. But she was great andour sandwiches were awesome!!
Good prompt service that works well to make your sub well, the prices are a bit much, hard to be too critical on these days but it won't compare to a Black Bear in example. Atmosphere is clean and simple, nice to sit down and enjoy but nothing fancy. The DeLuca pizza doubling up the options in the building is brilliant and they serve good pizzas, nothing amazing but solid and delicious. The current special of cookie boxes are a real draw to me but they may be too tempting for people trying to maintain a diet. All in all a solid and enjoyable food joint to grab a filling sub, wrap or pizza in quick order.
