Congratulations to chef Alessandro Gilmozzi and all the staff for this special experience. All treated in detail. Service: dinner in type Pasto: Dinner Price per person: €100

I and my father had a good day in the beautiful Alps of Cavalese when we accidentally found the hidden beautiful restaurant El Molin. The restaurant's architecture is really something else. They are greeted at the restaurants outside the door by knocking. You will then be guided to a table in the comfortable and good looking inner dining room. We ordered the course where you get AMAZING courts. The service is perfect with professional waiters who know a lot about every single ingredient they put in the dishes. People complain about the price, but what you get for this kind of money is just incredible.

I'm not used to writing reviews, but here is due, so hot and just outside the restaurant, I want to try to put black on white the experience I just lived. Superlative in every aspect el Molin is really underestimated and I wonder how the Michelin guide had the courage to assign one star to this impeccable restaurant. The position is to say little breathtaking, the welcome to say little exceptional, we arrived with a great delay and we were warmly welcomed as the most appreciated guests, the tasting menu is a sublime path in the memories of chef Alessandro Gilmozzi, in his attention to the details and nature that reign supreme in his dishes, in every ingredient you perceive the great job of research, combined with a flipped mind. The chef is a brilliant artist who does not fear rivals, bold and temerary made me surprise every orchestrated ability impeccablely and follows the previous one without endless expectations! The Chef does not miss the opportunity to confront each table to welcome opinions and emotions, in the staff of the room we perceive the great passion and pride of working under a great guide. El Molin was one of the best dinners of my life! I am satisfied, satisfied, full but not weighted! Thank you.

I am of the idea that when you go to a starry place you have to do it to experience a different experience of the usual, to try emotions and I can say that by Alessandro Gilmozzi is definitely the place for antonomasia not to get disappointed in this point of view. The welcome is very warm thanks to the very original place, a former mill. We were led by what was Chef's advice on one side and the boys in the room on the other. The menu focuses on a guiding thread that leads you to make a trip in the woods of the Val di Fassa with many tastes that lead the mind to remember the wood, the barks, the resins, the undergrowth, all elements used right in the dishes. The risotto, the square spake as well as the deer have a special mention from my point of view. In the room then the boys, very prepared, accompany you with a tasting that goes beyond the simple wine, with elixir that you taste with extreme pleasure. It goes well beyond a simple lunch/dinner and from my point of view and the second star would be very well deserved. What to say the emotions you experience are difficult to describe, but you have to live them firsthand.
