Mcdonald's - Catskill

The food was freshly prepared and the interior of the restaurant is beautiful and modern, suggesting recent updates. The service was good overall. My only complaint is that there is no baby changing station in the men's restroom.

If you're looking for quick and tasty fast food, this is a great option. The food is always well cooked and delicious. My only complaint is that there were missing items in my order, which was disappointing. It's inconvenient to have to go back and get the missing items. Also, the availability of the fruit milkshake with oreo seems to be inconsistent. Overall, the food is good but the service could be better.

I mean, it's a McDonald's so there's not much to expect. The staff here is always great. The reason I choose McDonald's over Burger King is because the staff is friendlier and I trust the food more. They really need to fix their drive-thru speakers. They should focus on improving the overall quality of the McDonald's. I will be happy to update my review once they improve.

They are going through some rough times I believe. A lot of new staff and the chaos of recently finished renovations. I ordered two sausage McMuffins with no butter and drove away. When I stopped to chow down, the paper tickets on the sandwiches had the right info but got two sausage McMuffins , with NO EGG!! Two late to return back. Heck, I guess they saved me some cholesterol. Very pleasant and friendly team, but need more attention to their work.

I have my order quickly by car thru. cash was friendly. the breakfast tasted quite fresh.
