I appreciate that they offer a variety of local baked goods, including my favorite mandel croissant. If you haven't tried one yet, you should definitely stop by soon!

We initially reached out to HiLo Catskill to see if they offered bartending services for private events, and we were happily surprised when Liam responded saying they do! For MONTHS Liam and Rose worked with us going back and forth on recipes for fun, exciting, and unique signature cocktails for our menu. Liam was always very quick to respond, and provided expert recommendations. It was such a relief knowing we were working with someone who knows cocktails not just some bartender making rum coke lol. Liam also provided us with suggestions on quantities and recommended brands of EVERYTHING we needed to stock the bar with (while also being cost conscience! Moreover, the day after the wedding the owner of the wedding venue came up to me and told me specifically what a pleasure it was to work with Rose. She raved about her professionalism, creativity, respect, etc. She said she would absolutely be recommending HiLo to her future guests, as well! We look forward to the next event where we get to work with Liam and Rose, and we HIGHLY recommend HiLo Catskill to others!! THANK YOU LIAM ROSE!!

The service is consistently excellent, and I love that they feature a range of products from local bakeries, especially my favorite almond croissant from See Be. The village of Catskill is also quite beautiful, so I definitely suggest paying it a visit.
