My tour of the foods of Catonsville continues. This time, my destination was Jennings! I will return! Not too many establishments offer cooked to order fried chicken! The food was better than thin tasting beer IMO. Service good though n atmosphere a plus.
I picked up a bowl of Cream of Crab soup to go. When I arrived, I was told I could pick up my carryout order at the bar. The bartender was polite and quick to get my order which was packaged and ready. The soup was rich, creamy, well seasoned and had an ample amount of lump backfin crabmeat in it. I had a great first experience at Jennings Cafe.
I love this restaurant. The food is always awesome. And if they mess up they quickly try to make it right. Customer service is awesome. Only down is the building is a little old. But I Will be there tomorrow for a pick up order.
I didn't eat, this time...that is why I only gave 3 stars. It wasn't crowded, the bartender was attentive.
Always a great meal at jennings. Our food was served promptly and it was hot when it arrived. We got great service from julia.
