I prefer my local because it is smaller and less crowded, but they can't beat the selection here. it's hard to navigate as it's so busy and the aisles are really tight, but they have so much tolerance. if they want to find something here, chances are successful. it's almost overwhelming how much in here is. Make them please and check their pre-packed Kimchi selection.

I like this because of the sorts. I could find a frozen durian here for $2,99/lb, which I would definitely come back.
I've only been on two Asian markets. this is a fairy tale. I want to explore more of them in the future. I like h mart much better then lotte because a. it smells not as much as fish. b. it looked like there were more vegan options. both h mart and lotte have soy milk and bulk tofu. the soy buffers are just small tofu bites. they have not only soy milk and mass tofu. they also have cheep individual tofu and fruit. none of the sweets is vegan. all do not have organic sugar and not organic sugar is made with knochenkohl. I feel that Asian food shops have something to start with for vegans. bulk tofu and soy milk. I didn't really have time to explore the Hispanic section, but I'm sure they have something vegan in it. I think if we vote with our dollars, we can make Asian markets even more vegan. when we talk to Asian food stores and let them know that we want more vegan options, they will let them know that they have vegan customers. I believe that food shops are expensive in health and if we show them that they have competition, they could lower prices there. they have to throw away everything that is not sold and goes past, it is expiration date. if they sell in mass, they can sell food cheaper because it guarantees that the food is sold. I want that loose vegan food and Asian food stores are the place to get it. since I was only in two Asian food stores I can't really say h mart is the best Asian food business, but it's the best I was. I hate cooking and amy's meals are expensive. I bought the restaurant size tofu and soy sauce. (all other sauce in Asian markets is too expensive and the point to come here to save money) I take a block of tofu out and have immersed the tofu in the soy sauce. I finished the tofu every week and don't waste any.
I highly recommend trying their pre-packaged kimchi selection. It is definitely worth checking out.
