It has been decades since I last stepped in Catbalogan. Was pleasantly surprised that a coffee shop like King Bean, serving real coffee and good food is now existing in this place.Tried their Clubhouse sandwich with Mojos on the side for Php170 good size, great taste, for a good price. Their Cafe Americano, King size is reasonable for Php110. Iced cappuccino, king size, Php120. Not bad, not bad at all if you're comparing it to prices in Manila! They also serve different cakes, cookies and pastries. There's a free wifi, but you can only use it for 1 hour. Be warned though that internet connection and phone signal in Catbalogan is unstable and poor. So if you're trying to do some work here at King Bean with your laptop, leave your work behind and just enjoy your coffee.
