Excellent bar service with... read more I tried both the kitchen and the bar.. I can say that the environment is refined and the cuisine very good (I had a delicious tuna). Excellent bar service with a truly excellent aperol spritz (not watered down). What struck me, however, is the staff composed of young and capable people super welcoming and kind without being invasive and without rushing customers.

I couldn't find my request, a mixed sala... read more I entered this restaurant without feeling particularly hungry. The advice and service were very friendly and competent. I couldn't find my request, a mixed salad without corn, on the menu. No problem! Everything was very fresh and delicious. Speaking of sustainability and style: drinks are usually served in glass bottles, with no plastic if possible, which is great! Cloth napkins, real stone tables, wooden chairs, and not too much decoration or kitsch. All in all, it was very comforting for me!
