After eating tiply Turkish food for a few weeks (aka much meat) it was so a joy to find a nice, cozy vegetarian/vegan-oriented place like zencefil. eating is delicious and cheap. the portions are good sizes, but still leave enough space for one of their beautiful desserts. the homemade brot is definitiw something they need to taste and let them surprise. we had the potato cake and sweet lasagne and the vegan brownie dessert (it was how a good brownie should be, not too sweet and damp). I can definitely recommend this. unfortunately we had no more time to try out from the menu.

Very atmospheric, eating is really good, service was fast and professional. we enjoyed the dinning experience and would highly recommend this vegetarian oasis in this meat eating culture. we had carrot soup, which was served with delicious fennel bread, zucchini and mushrooms in white sauce with cheese, mixed salad, Swiss carved tart and cheese skyberry cake. everything was just perfect down, big balance of aromen and well presented. very rare I give 5 stars to a place. this place really deserves it. excellent!

Amazing place that serves vegetarian and vegan menu, turkish style but with a twist. They have amazing homemade vegan ice cream, very cozy atmosphere and a perfect place for a casual weekday dinner with friends.

Vegan and Veggie healthy food in the heart of Istanbul. Great in winter and fab in warmer weather too with an outside space to sit.
