The staff is friendly and helpful, providing some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a fantastic manager leading a team that clearly knows what they are doing. The food is fresh, tasty, and hot, with impressive presentation. Unlike other Oportos locations, the food here is not cold or sloppy. This restaurant clearly takes pride in their work, from the staff and management to the quality of the food. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and wish all fast food was as good as this Oportos. Truly impressive!

The service at the front counter could use some improvement, but overall it was a pretty good experience.

I've been eating at Oporto for 4 years. My last experience today was totally unpleasant and disappointing. Despite that Casula branch appears on google to be of... read more I've been eating at Oporto for 4 years. My last experience today was totally unpleasant and disappointing. Despite that Casula branch appears on google to be offering Dine-in, I was told they don't offer it. No one told me before making my order. I had my family with me with toddlers and needed plates to serve them their food, instead, I was given the food in takeout boxes and was told they don't offer dine in. That should be revealed before making the order because I had to manage to feed the kids inside the box. Moreover, the food served was not hot like it used to be. No one was there to clean up the table after the previous customer and I had to clean it myself and threw the previous customer's used napkins. That will be my last experience at Oporto without any regrets.
