Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - CASULA

The restaurant was filthy. The staff were idle and unhelpful. Serviettes were only provided upon request, and when asked for, they were tossed carelessly. The toilets were grimy, the floors were neglected, and the seats were dirty. The counter staff were unresponsive. It appeared that drive-through customers were prioritized over those dining in. I do not plan on returning.

I was denied service for the third time at the drive-thru, even though the cars in front of and behind me were both served. I was informed that there was a system update taking place and had to wait in a long line while others received their food.

I now choose to drive to Crossroads McDonald's instead of Casula because at Casula, you have to wait in the parking bay for every order.

Ordered a Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad it was totally ****. The most biggest feral salad that was ever put together. Not only was the bacon burnt, the chicken itself was dry as s#€ the salad...well you might as well have used all the brown greens. Thanks for making me purchase a **** salad!

The last three times i've been through drive through at Casula McDonalds, they have stuffed up my order. It seems to be a consistent problem at this particular branch. The first time it happened, there was no patty in my burger; the second time, the drink was watered down; and the third time, the fries and nuggets were missing from my meal. This is very disappointing as this is my local McDonalds. Won't be coming here again, terrible service.
