Waited over half hour for sundaes. It doesn't take that long to prepare a few scoops. Also forgot our coffees. I demanded a refund to go somewhere else to have... read more Waited over half hour for sundaes. It doesn't take that long to prepare a few scoops. Also forgot our coffees. I demanded a refund to go somewhere else to have coffee. Couldn't work out why the service was so bad. Had alot of staff on, but they wasn't busy. Very unorganised. The worse thing was the flies flying around everywhere, obviously not getting cleaned proply.

We tried the praline cigars, addictive triple treat, two servings of waffles with chocolate and fruits, the absolutely delicious peanut butter milkshake, and coffee. Everything was fantastic, especially the milkshake which tasted like a liquid Reese's peanut butter cup. We will definitely be returning, just for the shake alone. I am still drooling just thinking about it.

Whether you prefer milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, or matcha white chocolate; you should be able to find a dish or drink that suits your taste. We visited on a Saturday evening and found it to be quite chilly inside, but I suppose they need to control the temperature. We were a bit disappointed that some of our chosen items were unavailable - specifically the Italian thick hot chocolate and banana praline crepes. However, they offer unique options like chocolate pizza and matcha white chocolate. We tried the cappuccino, American marshmallow hot chocolate, and a single serving of the tutti frutti waffle. The coffee wasn't the best we've had, but it was decent. The flavors were on point, the food was good, but overall, there was nothing that truly wowed us. If you have a passion for chocolate, this is definitely the place for you.
