1. We entered and waited for 15 minutes while the staff ignored us. There was only one car in the drive-thru, so it wasn't busy. 2. We ordered food and paid for it, but they didn't have the water we asked for. It took them about 10 minutes to tell us they were out of buns and the frozen Pepsi wasn't working. They even made a new order for me without asking my preferences. 3. We changed our order to chicken wings, but they were undercooked. When we confronted the manager, he tried to convince us it was just spices, even though the chicken was pink and still bleeding. We got a refund right away. 4. My friend's meal was also disappointing, with overcooked chicken and stale chips. She asked for a remake, which took forever because of poor service. 5. We got a refund and left feeling disappointed with the rude customer service and bad food. We won't be returning. (How does a KFC not know how to cook chicken properly?)
I rarely go to kfc to eat something, but occasionally I get a drink for some hot and spicy. Almost every time I get something, there is no. even if there are some, there is never a chicken breast just the small pieces.
I really don't know why we keep going back. Must only be to satisfy our cravings for that unique taste and the convenience factor. But every time we go, we are disappointed in the food and frustrated with the service! The food is hit and miss particularly the potato and gravy. It ranges from good thick gravy to watery with no potato in it. As for the service, it is extremely slow, impolite and with no customer service skills.
