I dont usually go to this location. This subway is struggling with business. They only put 3 small pieces of meat on my Senior moms sandwich. They took her change and put it in there tip jar without asking. I felt like they were taking advantage of eldersin this location. View all feedback.
Got almost empty sandwiches. Can't see or taste the meat in the Sandwiches.
I really love the remodel, but I had trouble understanding what the staff were saying. This made the experience feel complicated and quite rushed.
No way! I asked for mayo, and instead, I got a mayo explosion with barely any other ingredients. It was very poorly made.
The restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff is polite and very accommodating. Service is quick, and there is plenty of free parking available both inside and outside.
This is a fantastic restaurant to visit for any occasion. I went there with a group of loud friends, and the staff was incredibly friendly and patient. I used to work there about a year ago, and out of all the jobs I've had, it was by far the best. While the pay wasn't the highest, I'd take a little extra money per hour if it meant enjoying my job. During my time there, the team was made up of wonderful, friendly people who I'd love to mention, but I won't. Whenever we had difficult customers, the managers were always willing to come from their homes to help out. They genuinely prioritize the cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring that customers would want to return. I'm still grateful for my experience there, and I would work there again if I could, but I now live 15 miles away and no longer attend high school in Castro Valley. Regardless, it’s a great place to go, and the staff makes everyone feel welcome. I rarely visit other Subways; in fact, I drove 15 miles just to get a sandwich before heading back for a Smash Ultimate tournament. I really love this place!
