The prices were very affordable (we paid around $25 for two plates and two juices), and the portions were generous. Everything was well-prepared, and the sauces were flavorful and well-seasoned. The meal also included a variety of interesting local root vegetables to try. If you visit, be sure to order the local juices. When we were there, they offered passion fruit, golden apple (a local variety of apple), and mango lime. We tried the passion fruit and mango lime, and they were incredibly fresh. They make the juices on-site, so be sure to enjoy them while they're available. This restaurant is quite popular, so items tend to sell out quickly! We stopped by for lunch at 12:30 and returned at 3:00 to pick up dinner for later, but everything was sold out except for a few dishes that included French fries. They close every day at 4 PM, so be sure to arrive early and savor your meal!

There is nothing labeled vegan or vegetarian on the menu, but they will be together a large dish of rice, beans, soil definitions, plantain and lettuce if you use it for 18 Caribbean dollars (about $6.5). Unlike some places in the city, they will not charge you more than twice the price, just because you are a tourist. Do not forget to try their hot sauce and passion fruit juice.
