Attended here with friends on numerous recommendations. Phillipe Corrine were so kind to fit us in on a busy evening for them. Unfortunately we were late due to a flight delay, however, Phillipe Corrine were very accommodating. They were both so knowledgeable and passionate about Wine. The food was fine and the set menu was good value. With regard to the wine, I went with their recommendation. Both the red and the white were superb and extremely good value. Service was efficient and attentive. The negative was that due to the weather we had to eat inside. The décor is a bit dark and austere and not atmospheric. We will be back when we can eat on the attractive terrace outside. View all feedback.
Very pleasant and passionate staff. Very nice experience with the menu combining a glass of wine at each stage of the meal, it was a great discovery!
An address that I recommend warmly: excellent, original dishes, from entry to dessert, a service certainly a little long but of quality, with precise explanations about wines, their history, their production, "enigmas" to guess, the time to taste. Very good advice for wine, whether at aperitif or for wine that accompanied the different dishes of 6 guests! The price is very reasonable. A must-see address in Castres!
