Was Anonym at Murphy's a mag?
What a find great food great staff and great prices. This little place had a steady flow of customers and we're able for them. Plates came out loaded and went back empty. We will definitely be eating here again when we return. View all feedback.

My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Murphy’s Restaurant in Castletownbere. We started with an excellent prawns and chorizo appetizer and then had the duck dinner and the leg of lamb dinner. We finished with the pavlova. Each dinner had plentiful sides of potatoes, carrots, parsnips, green beans and red cabbage. Everything was fresh, abundant and delicious. Service was very good. We had a lovely chat with the 3rd generation chef/owner who not only cooked a great meal but also made some nice recommendations for our trip. We very highly recommend Murphy’s to everyone coming to the Beara Peninsula.

Fantastic food, got lots of meals as takeaway to Berehaven Lodges. great service too.
