**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
At this popular Castleton eatery, patrons express a blend of frustrations and praises. While many customers laud the friendly demeanor of the staff, service inconsistency remains a common theme. Complaints of slow service and incorrect orders—ranging from cold coffee to improperly prepared bagels—often overshadow the positive experiences. Some employees seem overwhelmed, leading to passive-aggressive interactions. However, there are bright spots; certain team members shine through with their efficiency and warmth, particularly during busy hours. While some diners leave disappointed, others find moments of joy worth revisiting. A locale in need of improvement yet still holding potential.

The very kind woman at the drive-through, named Justine, ensured my coffee was excellent. She was professional and truly deserves a five-star rating.
I live in Castleton and love enjoying an iced latte and a donut on hot days. However, I've often found that they struggle to serve either in a timely manner. As I write this, I've been in the drive-thru for 8 minutes after placing a mobile order for coffee. They might want to consider adding curbside spots to improve service. Additionally, I've noticed that when I try to order donuts after noon, they often don't have any available. It would be a good idea for them to prepare more in advance, as I can't be the only one wanting a donut at that time.
Their decaf always tastes like dish water and the Boston crème tasted like bleach. Maybe I was punked but I’m always nice so I can’t see why. Won’t be back, so nasty.
Best iced coffee ever! Service was great even tho their ovens were out. So I had a blueberry muffin, what could be better?
