I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. While I was in the bathroom, an older woman knocked loudly on the door and yelled at me. After I exited, she then told other staff members that I had caused a terrible smell in the restaurant. I have stomach issues, and I found her behavior to be extremely rude and uncalled for. Best iced coffee ever! Service was great even tho their ovens were out. So I had a blueberry muffin, what could be better?
I live in Castleton and love enjoying an iced latte and a donut on hot days. However, I've often found that they struggle to serve either in a timely manner. As I write this, I've been in the drive-thru for 8 minutes after placing a mobile order for coffee. They might want to consider adding curbside spots to improve service. Additionally, I've noticed that when I try to order donuts after noon, they often don't have any available. It would be a good idea for them to prepare more in advance, as I can't be the only one wanting a donut at that time.
Their decaf always tastes like dish water and the Boston crème tasted like bleach. Maybe I was punked but I’m always nice so I can’t see why. Won’t be back, so nasty.
Passive aggressive employees. I asked for my bagel with cream cheese cut in half. I guess that was too hard. They toasted the bagel, did not cut it, and gave me cream cheese on the side. Sorry you all hate your jobs
