Eric at the front counter is awesome and genuine and makes everyone who comes in feel welcome. He's like everybody's favorite cousin : Consistently great food. Our favorites are the cheese/steak sandwiches and the Capistrami. Surprisingly the traditional cheesesteak is better than the Wagyu cheesesteak. Didn't care for the Turkey Bobbie. Cookies are a must.

Our top choices are the cheese steak sandwiches and the pastrami. Surprisingly, the classic cheese steak is preferred over the Wagyu cheese steak. The turkey sandwich was also delicious. Don't forget to try the cookies - they are a must-have!

I have never felt so embarrassed before. Today, I came to this restaurant to order a sandwich that I always enjoy. When they called out my name, I walked up to the counter and picked up a bag that was not mine. The worker in the back told me it wasn't mine and then proceeded to rudely tell me to wait for 30 seconds. I felt so humiliated that I just left. They should have been more understanding, considering some people have trouble hearing. I apologized for the mix-up with the bag, but it was dismissed. I will not be returning to this restaurant, even though I used to love it.

I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but today was disappointing. The classic cheese steak with mushrooms lacked flavor and seemed bland.

My friends and I decided to try Capriotti’s on a whim and we were not disappointed! We ordered the large Impossible Cheese Steak Sandwich, which turned out to be 2 full subs. I devoured my portion and it was the best vegetarian version of a Cheese Steak sandwich I’ve ever had, tasting just like the ones in Philly. I cannot praise this sandwich enough – the ingredients, textures, flavor, and temperature were all perfect. We will definitely be returning to Capriotti’s in the future. Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to try more items on their menu.
