What Gage Ankunding likes about Plaza Diner:
If you want a great plate of food, always great service and I would have say The best Mexican food in Hudson! I was pleasantly surprised after having breakfast, lunch and dinner there loads of times, they never fail! Great prices too! View all feedback.

The food is definitely lacking..somethingthe pancakes had a strange taste, almost as if they weren't cooked completely through or something.

Go here ALL time.... the Spanish food has ZERO competition in the area. Always the freshest ingredients. Have another bad experience!
