She graciously did, and we tal... read more We stumbled into Deb's as tourists and were blown away...so much so that I asked chef/cook Carla if she'd take a picture with me. She graciously did, and we talked briefly about her background/inspiration. We had the crab salad, avocado salad with shrimp, yucca fries with chimichurri, and the potato and hot dog thing (forget exactly what it's called . Big bold flavors out of such seemingly simple dishes. Clearly top quality, fresh ingredients. I'm just going to stop typing now because I'll make a fool of myself, but I seriously hope Hudsonites (is that right? know what they have here a true gem. Please go. Thank you again, Carla!
