We began with the chicken bites, which were delicious, served with a fresh salad and a tasty dipping sauce. For my main course, I had the lasagna—absolutely fantastic! It was hearty and cheesy, accompanied by mashed potatoes, Irish salad, and coleslaw. Don’t miss out on the generous serving of chips (fries, as they're called in the US). For dessert, I chose sticky toffee pudding with ice cream—divine! I even took some leftovers home because it was that good. The service and atmosphere were exceptional as well. If you find yourself in Roscommon, treat yourself to a meal at Golden Eagle. The Hester family owns it, but every guest is welcomed and treated like family.

The food was incredibly flavorful, homemade, and so delicious that we were still raving about it long after our meal. The staff were warm and attentive without ever being intrusive. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
