Ate dinner at the Dining Room for the first time last night. The food was absolutely excellent beautifully cooked, imaginative, full of colour and texture. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional. We live in Sligo, but I would gladly drive the 1 hour 15 mins regularly, just to eat at this restaurant. Thank you for a fantastic meal.
