Quaint. Clean. Good service. Nice selection of hot and cold sandwiches using mostly local ingredients. Items have unique names from area history. Sandwiches are served dry unless you order condiments you want. They have pizza too!We had the creator sandwich. Very good. Stuffed so full I could hardly get my jaw open far enough. We had the signature baked garlic fries. They had great flavor but a little limp and underc... View all feedback.
What Mendy Hughes doesn't like about Pnw Sandwiches:
Tried for the first time tonight and Pizza dough not cooked throughout, RAW dough. Could be decent if actually cooked. Raw dough throughout. Got it to go so didn't find out til he brought it home. Very disappointed. Put in oven to try and cook but the crust gross and doughy throughout.Vegetarian options: Fresh vegies was good, toppings were good..just a raw dough gross View all feedback.

Stumbled on this small shop for lunch. The sandwich and salad was made with very good fresh ingredients and the service was prompt and friendly. Will definitely l return to try out the pizza.
Absolutely love the atmosphere and how kind they are all the time!!! Food is so good
Delicious food and extremely friendly staff! Everything tasted amazing. Definitely will be coming back next time I'm in town.
My daughter and I went to Castle Rock today to visit the shops and have lunch at PNW Sandwiches. Neither of us had been there before. We were the only two people in the restaurant when we entered and ordered two different sandwiches. It took about 30 minutes to receive them, and both were horrible, mostly inedible. Mine was a BLT (I don 't remember the name), which had a couple slices of rock hard burned bacon, a wafer thin slice of tomato, a couple pepperoncinis and a couple little pieces of lettuce, totally dry and the toasted bread was so tough I couldn 't cut off the crust with a knife after I asked for one. My daughter just ate the ham from her her sandwich. We both ordered their special fries, which were burned black. People came in after our lunch was served, and were still waiting for their orders when we left. No, we absolutely will not return.
