Maddie's Biergarten - Castle Rock

This restaurant offers an excellent selection of craft beers on tap, all sourced from various breweries across Colorado, and the gourmet food is absolutely delicious. I really appreciate places that embrace this hipster vibe, and this one is a perfect example. With live music and plenty of vegetarian options, it's truly a hidden gem!

Great selection of Colorado craft beers. The food was surprisingly excellent as well. Good place for those with children as well. I plan on visiting here every time I'm in Castle Rock.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff was very friendly, and the outdoor area was lovely. I just wish we could bring our furry friends into the picnic area—hopefully that will be possible someday! The selection of beers was fantastic! We’re already looking forward to returning in the summer. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

This is a fantastic little place in downtown Castle Rock! It’s my go-to spot for meeting friends and enjoying drinks and snacks. The staff is always very friendly and quick to offer suggestions. We make it a point to stop by here whenever we’re in town!

Must try! Rotating beer selections are just the start of this place's offerings. There is amazing helpful bartenders. They will have live music from time to time in their garden. Never been disappointed here. Great for date night, or a quick beer on your own. Weekdays offer a quote hideaway in this small town, while weekends will give you a lively nightlife scene you wouldn't expect in this small town. Still they maintain a small town bar feel. Come in and try some brew.
