I had a lovely experience with delicious coffee and a pastry. The gypsy cream drink was the best I've ever tasted. The setting was calm and peaceful, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely return! View all feedback.
A great little caffe on a beautiful place along the coast. it is worth stopping a square sausage on a barm! and the coffee will keep the truck drivers awake!
A mom and pop cafe. Friendly staff, good place to stop for breakfast. Amazing views from the back.
I’ve passed this place so many times and wanted to try it and finally today we were able to stop and on the way from the ferry. Quaint, cosy and completely charming with a beautiful view of the water, trees and birds. Teas, coffees, treats and very tempting bacon baps on offer. Best of all, it’s clearly got regulars who stop by for a chat and friendly cup of tea.
Came across this beaut of a place on my way up to Girvan. Lovely views, the lady working was nice and helpful and pleasant. Food was amazing. Will recommend this place to all my trucking colleagues.
Inside, there are four or five tables, each seating about six people. Interestingly, the chairs seem like they might have come from a church, but they are still quite comfortable. The menu features a good selection of breakfast items, available for dining in or takeaway, all at very reasonable prices. We both ordered the full breakfast, which cost £6 each, along with tea and coffee, bringing our total to £15. While the tea was a bit bland, everything else was quite good. The only downside is that they only accept cash, no credit or debit cards. There are separate restrooms for ladies and men, but they aren’t wheelchair accessible. However, the main entrance is accessible. The Kettle is popular among locals and is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.
