[Team 2 people] I've never posted a comment for places where I've gone, whether it's good or bad, but it's hard for me today not to talk to you about my experience. This in order to improve staff and especially management, and to pay attention to potential future customers. 1 L'ACCUEIL Correct. Receptions after booking on the phone by the manager of the establishment (we assume then placed at a table in a friendly setting for a commercial area. 2 THE PERSONNEL The staff was smiling, soberly dressed while the person in charge stayed in a coat during this winter time. Probably not concerned by the current Code Dress. Subsequently, the manager no longer participated in the service and took advantage of a meal at one of the tables of 4 for the clientele with her own daughter. She was only content to reach one of the waitresses when he sounded and gave orders. 3 THE FEATURE AND REPORT Q/P The card is rather nice for meat eaters. The price/quality ratio is quite expensive for a brewery, especially for admissions. 13,90€ an inlet salad and 16,90€ for the foie gras intake. 4 THE SERVICE Like the staff employed, the service was rather correct at the beginning, without more. See later. 5 THE PLATS For 2, we ordered: a salad césar a foie gras duo a bavette a fruit salad The foie gras was good and sufficiently copied. The fruit salad was pleasant and fresh although the fruit was not seasonal as indicated for all products on the menu. The bathing requested was of good quality but was served over cooking. The problem came from the caesar salad: gustatively, it doesn't deserve to be on a menu of a restaurant because much too much salad in proportion to the rest and the sauce imitated all other foods in the plate. In addition, during the first fork, a living spider also took advantage of this insipid sauce bath. (The waitress returned the plate but unfortunately, the huge amount of sauce still fade was still present in the second. 6 ADDITION After the spider's event, I was hoping for a commercial gesture (apologies to minima but nothing happened. Worse, at the settlement, I was asked quite a bit if everything went well. My surprise was such that I felt obliged to recall the perpetia of the salad. Barmaid didn't know... Apart from the waitress in charge of our table, no staff member had the information. I left only with apology from the barmaid and a full addition. Indeed, the addition being already edited, the caisse was, I quote, blocked and no reduction could be offered to allow me to return to this restaurant in confidence and without fear.
