The compositions are numerous, from classics to the most original. The ingredients are arranged in good quantities and distributions. The problem in my sense is cooking the dough. The choice of a modern rotary oven and a more airy paste breaks the traditional baking that gives the crunch and consistency to the paste and it is a pity that is close to the gas/electric cooking.
