New Sushi - Castelnaudary

The service is fast, the adorable staff and the rich and delicious dishes. I ate there twice during my holidays (the rest of the year, I don't have time to go back to town).

The restaurant is well located, easy to walk in the city centre of Castelnaudary. The team is really nice, and the service is very fast. It was impressive! The meal was excellent, and the air conditioning was welcome. As a vegan, I was able to find food easily. The makis lawyer in particular are really good. The wakame algae salad is the best I've ever eaten in an Asian restaurant in France. Not at all elastic, very fresh, really great! My companion took the yakitoris and found them excellent as well. He also liked the hot saké. We saw that the restaurant was taking away and even deliveries. We will return there quickly and with great pleasure, for sure!
