I simply asked for oat milk and was told ' I do not understand so I cannot help you ' even though they work in an international airport. I proceeded to use google translate to explain my milk allergies and again was simply laughed at out loud in front of other customers. I paid for my food via card however change was thrown on the table at me after processing a refund. When I asked why they were being unnecessarily rude I was threatened with 'police '. For simply asking a question. The fear the seemed to display was unusual especially since they were there ones laughing initially. The worst experience I 've ever had at any café or restaurant ever.
