These points make Da Gin a top venue for an outstanding evening. Every mushroom dish was excellent from tepid mushrooom and potato salad, sautéd mushrooms, fried mushooms in batter to nettle tagliolini in mushroom sauce not to mention the liquorice mousse: the chef is an artist. The Charmat method sparkling wine also was top class. Total satisfaction.

If this is the taste of the region, it is plain and simple. But it is not gourmet. The red wine is served too hot. The dining room is bright and in good taste. The tables are not close. It is comfortable for a family and not so expensive.
