In cozy surroundings right by the pool, we had tuna tartare on a base of avocado cream and grilled giant prawns with side dishes. The food is of exquisite quality and good ingredients, and attention is paid to the details. The dessert was Catalan cream reminiscent of creme bruleet and a chocolate mousse you could not doubt was homemade. Super delicious and pleasant experience. Thank you.
