Worst customer service ever. The manager does not check DoorDash orders and gets upset when orders are returned. I will never visit this Subway again. They need serious retraining in service. Delivery meal for lunch. Price per person: $30-50. Food and service both rated a 1 out of 5. View all feedback.
Delicious food and quick service. Great for those in a rush on their lunch hour. I have however had a few isolated incidents where I thought the staff could have been a little bit more polite but I chalk it up to everyone having an off day.
Walked in 20 MINUTES before closing. Was told they were done making sandwiches for the night. The Subway on 101 gets my business now.

Waited 30 minutes on the worker during the dinner time hours of six pm. The worker was slow at everything he did. As slow as a damn turtle if not slower. The worker waited on a family of three in front of me for 30 minutes. I could no longer wait because I had hadan appointment a block away Didn't have time to wait anymore, there should be more then one person working during dinner hours. Even the work said he told his boss about needing a second person during dinner, and agreed it was to much for one person with a line going out the door. Yes he probably could have moved faster, but at the same time alot of others would probably walk out and quit if forced to play Superman during the dinner rush on a nightly basis. Ive been in the restaurant industry for 25 years. 30 minute waits are never exceptable even in full service. As a manager I would have never left my worker alone during a dinner rush, if she can't put another worker on then she should stay to assure quality service. Wouldn't suggest this location to anyone, and definitely wouldn't ever refer someone to work for such a careless company. The lady in management definitely needs to be replaced before I ever consider coming back there to eat. This place does not deserve your money or business and nobody deserves to wait 30 minutes just to order food. After my appointment I went to the Bell
