We left a wallet there on counter 5/16 with significant amount of cash and credit cards. Hands were full. Did not realize until we got to Florence, Al for a funeral. Have tried to call number listed at least 35 times. No answer. Have left msgs. Stopped by 5/17 on the way back home and lady was too busy to help. Please listen to your msgs and call us back. Still a three star, ice cream for weeks continued to have ice in the scoops. Flavors were chocolate and strawberry.
Servers all ignored my seven year old and self, no acknowledgment that we were there, and was not busy, pretty disheartening for a family company.
The new Baskin Robbins is Amazing Really nice place and polite employees.
Great establishment. The new location is huge with lots of seating room. The mocha cappuccino blast with jamocoa almond fudge ice cream is my favorite. All the employees are great and give service with a smile and kindness.
