I had the ribs, and oh my gosh, they were delicious with the whiskey sauce! The staff is fantastic—very kind and polite.

The food is unappetizing! There’s definitely an opportunity to use more spices in the cooking. It was all quite bland.

I was required to leave a tip at the drive-thru, which I found quite strange. It seems odd to even ask for a tip in that setting. I found it insulting that the option to leave no tip was removed and that entering 0 wasn't accepted.

I ordered take out just before closing time. In my Bankok salad, they forgot the crispy chicken and then half the lettuce leaves in the middle of the container were dark green, as in past due date by many days... Very disappointing.

Food is usually decent but more often than not something is missing or wrong. This time only had 1 bun in the double leg meal and got the wrong sauce for wings.Last time ordered piri piri double leg and got the regular rotisserie flavour (which is on special right now and costs like half the price of piri piri)3 times ago ordered a double leg meal and got single leg.Again, food is good but always missing something or getting something wrong ruins the experience. They ziptie all the boxes closed, so it is difficult to check your food (which you really shouldn't have to do)
