We ente... read more After reading so many bad reviews which were mainly regarding poor service for delivery and rude employees my wife and I still decided to try wing stop. We entered and waited for someone to at least acknowledge our presence since it appeared they werebusy with online orders but that didn?t happen. I just wanted wings and beer but didn?t see beer on menu and no one offered anyservice. Our first/last time here. I?ll definitely tell others not to patronize this place. We went to BWW .

I placed my order online, but when I went to pick it up, their system was down, and they weren’t receiving any orders. The staff member told me I could request a refund, but I’d need to speak with the owner, who wasn’t there that day, or contact corporate. Alternatively, he could start working on my order right away, which would take about 15 minutes. I opted to wait. When I finally got home, I discovered that he hadn’t included my fries or dips. Can they not get anything right?
