Food is great, but the customer service is disappointing. I was given the wrong order and they called me while I was driving home. They asked me to return and get my correct order. Despite reading numerous negative reviews, particularly about poor delivery service and rude staff, my wife and I still decided to give Wings a try. I have a lot of orders here, often. And I'm not sure why others are good and it's just happening near my house. Every time I have ordered from here, at least 8 times in the last 3 months, it's never just a normal transaction. Every time they get my order wrong, they are never ready, even if the app says they are, or they are totally unconscious that they have a job. And yet again I have never heard that they are sorry or even as if they are important. Terrible service, terrible staff.
I think my review has been deleted or not saved. But yesterday 3/4/22 this nonsense happened. Absolutely ridiculous that this man is even considered a manager.
I had some of Wingstop. Some Teriyaki wings and some garlic parmesan wings. A couple of pommes, too. The teriyaki wings were a little sharp, but not to taste. The garlic parmesan wings were crispy, but a little dry and something lacked in taste. The frits were well seasoned with a lot of taste, but very soggy. All in all, food was okay, but nothing special. Next time, I'll try differently.
I command from here, but they never answer. I will be busy, but only the phone rings after multiple call and get a response machine that I did with providing any business to this establishment. Or better still sometimes the phone is left off the hook and when you arrive to ask why the phone does not work it claim it is. I flew over this place. Get it together Saied and rent a better crew.
The crew that worked on Saturday November 13 was amazing. Awesome people. Amazing service. Food exquisite. My wife and I will definitely be back. Thank you all for a great visit.
