I've ordered here many, many times. And I'm not sure why other then the food is good and it just happen to be close to my house. Every time I've ordered from here, which is at least 8 times in the last 3 months, it's never just a normal transaction. Everytime they either get my order wrong, they're never ready even when the app says they are are, or they're completely unaware they got an order. And evert single time I have never heard them say sorry or even act like they care. Terrible service, awful staff.
I think my review got deleted or didn’t save. But yesterday 3/4/22 this nonsense happened. Absolutely ridiculous that this man is even considered as a manager.
Had some take out from Wingstop. Some teriyaki wings and some garlic parmesan wings. Also, some fries with that. The teriyaki wings were a bit spicy but not lacking flavor. The garlic parmesan wings were crispy but somewhat dry and somewhat lacking in flavor. The fries were well seasoned with lots of flavor but very soggy. All in all, the food was ok but nothing special. Next time I will try some other place.
On September 8, 2022, I decided to give them another chance, assuming my previous experience was just a fluke. I placed my order online, but when I went to pick it up, their system was down, and they weren’t receiving any orders. The staff member told me I could request a refund, but I’d need to speak with the owner, who wasn’t there that day, or contact corporate. Alternatively, he could start working on my order right away, which would take about 15 minutes. I opted to wait. When I finally got home, I discovered that he hadn’t included my fries or dips. Can they not get anything right?
