Wendy's - Casselberry

Good service and excellent food. very fresh and fillable, especially for fast eating! I love wendy's last week.

We waited for a long time to confirm that we were in the Drive-Thru menu. When we moved, we saw why. everyone was joking, laughing and talking, rather than paying attention to customers. you could even see how people wait inside while cutting off the hired. Eating was okay, not great. I had to order something we forgot and go inside instead. the same story as the drive.

I recently dined at Wendy's and knew what to expect in terms of the food, but the service was disappointing. There was no one at the register, and the self-service computer was malfunctioning. After placing my order, the manager informed me that the computer was not working. I had to wait for someone to come to the register, despite making eye contact with the manager several times. When I finally got someone to take my order, they seemed impatient and rushed me. Overall, my experience at this restaurant left me wondering what had happened since my last visit.

I recommend that the manager ensures their employees read the instructions on online orders, as they may be for people with specific dietary needs. I was disappointed in the quality of the food at this Wendy's location, as it was dry, cold, and old. At the moment, I would not recommend dining here.

I have to be honest, this was one of the best Wendy's meals I have had in a while. It was around midnight and I was on my way to visit my girlfriend at the hospital. I was really craving a #6, which always lifts my spirits, so I decided to stop by the drive-thru. I ordered my #6 spicy chicken sandwich and an extra junior cheeseburger. To my surprise, they had my order ready in less than 2 minutes, even though it was so late. Not only were they fast, but the woman who took my order and delivered the food to my car was incredibly friendly. As soon as I bit into that spicy chicken sandwich, my taste buds were blown away. It was one of the best I have had in a long time. The fries were perfectly golden brown and the tea was blended just right. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service, speed, and quality of the food I received from this Wendy's. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be making more late-night trips to this Wendy's in the future.
