Customer service is excellent! Madison from Casselberry location allowed me to use the 3 coupons from school coupon book!! She was also kind extraordinary!! I love her! Thank you Madison!! Good thing this location is kinda far from me or else I'd be there everyday! Hahaha!!! I love almost all their sides....I might try the soup next time if available! However, CULVERS has managed to achieve both! The staff here is incredibly professional and friendly. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. I received my burger in under three minutes, which seemed odd since their food is usually made fresh. Normally, it takes between 7-10 minutes, so this was a clear warning sign. I spoke with an employee who kindly offered to remake my order, but I still can't understand how the first burger was allowed out. The cheese wasn't melted, the bacon tasted like it had been cooked much earlier, and there was barely any lettuce.
