She was dismissive and short with us,... read more The staff at the restaurant this evening were quite rude, particularly a girl with brightly colored hair and heavy makeup. She was dismissive and short with us, never even greeting us properly and making us feel like we were a bother. The next time I spot her at work, I'll definitely be leaving. She really shouldn't be in a customer service role; her people skills are severely lacking.

There was no reason for her to raise her voice. I was with my autistic child, and loud voices can be quite frightening for him. I almost had to call security!

We came in as a team with 20 people and had only an opportunity to call 15 minutes in advance. It was near closing time and the staff was more than happy to get us in.
