There is a lack of communication I noticed when busy, Definitely room for improvement for their workers…but the food is always on point. I’ve had great service and average service on the few occasions I’ve ate here. Over all I would recommend this place to any friend of mine. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shogun:
food was in order, not complaining, but also not disassembled. the delivery was fast. avocado salat for 6 missing sesame and dressing. only a small icebergsalat and half a avocado for 6 is silly and with a pointed I will reconsider the order. only a few soy sauce packages and chiffels that go in each order. someone dropped the ball. The presentation of the food was perfect. the taste is delicious. yum yum sauce was phenomenal.
Once again we were treated to an excellent, entertaining meal. The service is great, the staff is attentive. This is always a favorite stop when we are in Casper.
Our Waiter tonight Josh was outstanding. Very respectful and checked on us often! Our cook Collin was just as amazing! This was the second time he was our cook since we have been coming here and he never ceases to amaze our kids with his cooking skills and always engaging with them! Food is as always beautifully cooked to our liking and so flavorful! Even for my picky eaters.
We had a lot of fun but was too pricey for the quality. The atmosphere was great, staff was very friendly cook was engaged with us. But the shrimp tasted like the lobster and the lobster tasted like the steak and the steak tasted like the rice, etc, etc. I did not have the sushi but my children did and they loved it and said would highly recommend it.
The food was delicious, and the chefs were fantastic. I definitely recommend it and will go back
