Ordered our food on app. Pulled in to pick up parking spot. Waited 45 min for them to bring out wrong order. Waited another 15 min before going in. They had given our order to someone else. Manager tried to blame the cashier, cashier had only done whatthe manager told him to do. No apology, no compensation. Just remade our order... and took their time about it.
For the most part, you are assured a consistent food experience at any McDonald's. There are times, however, where you get fries have been sitting under the heat lamp too long or the box is partially full. But then again, McDonald's is the ultimatefast food brand.
This is the most badly run McDonald's I have ever been to in my life and this is multiple times not just once but almost every time consistently an issue with something and just now they dropped my fries as I wrote this review!
Fries are fresh! Like when does that happen? Nuggets have a amazing crunch. I would post a video on how good but Im not getting free food
Most bizarre experience I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant. I order 3 simple menu items, pay at the 1st window w/ credit card and am not given a receipt. Not the 1st time I haven 't been given a receipt at a McD 's, that 's fine no need to waste thepaper. At the second window I am told to wait in parking spot #2 because they are waiting on food. Pretty normal up to thispoint. I wait 20 minutes while those around me get their food brought out to them, I would estimate 30 other vehicles have gonethrough at this point. I am asked 3 separate times what my order is again by multiple employees running food out to customers.The 3rd time I am asked for my receipt, which I explain I was not given at the 1st window when I paid. The employee says that 'sfine and goes back in the building. I wait 10 more minutes and flag the employee down as they are bringing out someone else 'sfood yet again. I ask her if my order will be ready soon. Her response is, and I kid you not, My boss says you didn 't order .Then, as I am trying to reason with her for a solution to this issue, she walks away while I am talking. At this point I amfrustrated and see no other option than to just leave, after all what do you say to You didn 't order when I clearly did. Gethome, check my pending credit card charges, and right there at the top is the charge for my order. I will be disputing thischarge and will not visit this location again.
