As for the pho, the noodles were tasty, and the broth was nice as well. However, we were disappointed that the bean sprouts didn’t seem fresh; they looked at least a week old, and the servers didn’t provide a lot of them. In my opinion, when it comes to pho, there should be a generous amount of mung bean sprouts. That said, our expectations were somewhat tempered since we were in Wyoming, where the Asian population is quite limited. It’s a decent place to eat, but I wouldn't choose to go there regularly if it were in a place like California or New York.
I decided to visit this restaurant after seeing many positive reviews on Yelp, and I was not disappointed. I can imagine what you might be thinking—Vietnamese food in Casper, WY? But honestly, it was just as delicious as what I've had in larger cities. In fact, their Crab Cheese Wontons could easily compete with the best I've ever tasted. There’s nothing worse than wontons that lack crab or cheese flavor, but these were packed with deliciousness. The Phở was also fantastic. I did find it a bit odd that I had to ask for Sriracha sauce and chopsticks since they weren't provided automatically. Perhaps chopsticks aren’t commonly used around here?
