Completely messed up my order. My burger was a mess and the pattys were burnt, my fries were cold to even eat and very dry and some were even burnt, my drink was flat and my straw was broken. Called asking for a refund and the person who answered the phone was completely rude. Worst experience ever. If you want fast food I recommend Dairy Queen or McDonald’s. Horrible service ever.

The floors are super sticky. The worker Andrew was sitting on the counter where the food comes forward from the kitchen. The entry way smelled bad. The bathroom floor was sticky. The fries are barely half full. The chicken tenders taste old. The only positive things I can say are they gave me 6 tenders instead of 5, and at least the burgers were fully cooked.
