We enjoyed a really nice dinner here. The wine list stunningly long with an excellent selection of local wines with really best ratings. The food was very unusual and extremely tasty. The warm egg with porcini mushroom was one of the best appetizers ever. Just don‘t expect the usual Italian sized dishes here. Better do four courses. View all feedback.

We enjoyed the Tortellini with gnocchi filling. But the Pork steak with beetroot sauce was dry and unexciting in taste. We should try other dishes the next time.
My husband and I are staying at the Castello so the location of this restaurant was very convenient. We made the reservation in advance of the hotel arrival. The staff was phenomenal, especially our main waiter and the sommelier. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and the wine. The food was delicious. We ordered the tuna tartare to start followed by the taglioni con tartufo, the risotto, and our main plates were the classic filleto. Very delicious. Salted to our liking. The lemon dessert is also something not to be missed!

This beautiful restaurant offers a very creative And interesting menu. The dinner was very good and service was good as well. We were staying at the resort where it’s located- Castello di Casole which is wonderful. We ate there twice for dinner and breakfast each morning. On nice days , they serve breakfast on the outdoor patio which is very nice.
Food salty, too salty: everything had a salty flavour. The menu was anything but local Tuscany inspired. Butter anywhere and if you try to comment on this, you will be answered that the chef previously worked in France. Waiters were polte in a fake manner and bossy in some way. If you have any food allergies, please be careful to tell them twice or even more: lactose is everywhere, they serve bread with lactose. In general, nothing is genuine. The standard is international but no love in the food, and food without love is plastic.
