The chips and wedges took a while to come out, and we didn't receive the drinks... read more I went to this restaurant for a snack and ordered chips, wedges, and milkshakes. The chips and wedges took a while to come out, and we didn't receive the drinks until after we finished the food. When we asked about the delay, we were told to just wait because they were on their way. In my opinion, drinks should be served first before the food.

The restaurant is guilty of overcharging and when called out on it, they simply justify it by saying that's their policy. The smashed avocado is just amazing! The chia pudding - so good!! Do yourself a favor and have meal and coffee here. You won't regret it!

This was terrible .... not enough menus or glasses for water - had to wait for them to wash glasses and other people to finish with the 4 menus they had, took 2... read more This was terrible .... not enough menus or glasses for water - had to wait for them to wash glasses and other people to finish with the 4 menus they had, took 20 mins to take orders food took over an hour from ordering to be served at table, food served was incorrect, food was uncooked, granted we did not pay for uncooked food, but the whole experience was disgraceful and has gone from one of our favourite cafes to one we will NEVER visit again !!! Apologies were given and excuses of new staff .... but we were not the only ones not impressed with the experience .... Casey Central has plenty of other cafes - my advice eat at one of them !!!
