Although it’s slightly off the beaten path, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. The facility is beautifully maintained and has a lovely, clean atmosphere, with a history dating back to the 1960s.

Came in about 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. The place was not busy and I was seated right away. The waitress was a grump from the start. I ordered the Boneless po... read more Came in about 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. The place was not busy and I was seated right away. The waitress was a grump from the start. I ordered the Boneless pork chops: 2 breaded and fried chops packed with flavor . The first order I got was clearly NOT breaded and the only flavor tasted like half a shaker of salt. I had to flag down my waitress because she did not come back around to see how I was doing. I pointed out that the chops were clearly NOT breaded. Not believing me they were to be breaded, I had to point it out in the menu. Not wanting to be bothered, she asked the other waitress to tell the cook I wanted the breaded chops. 10 minutes later, I got what they must call breaded. They were nothing more than flour coated and fried and they had ZERO flavor. They did not give me new tator tots, so now I am eating dry flavorless chops with cold tots. Such a disgrace and disappointment.
