In a warm atmosphere right in the center of Caserta, Prosit 1990 is one of the very few places to enjoy refined cuisine, without being forced or adding unnecessary ingredients. The experience of the owner and his wife is crucial. The wine selection is extensive, expertly described by Peppone (the owner).
A small, downtown restaurant that never disappoints. Just a few tables, a balanced menu, and tasty dishes made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. I thank the owners for their kindness, passion, and culinary expertise in welcoming us. A highly recommended stop!
